Coloured handle hunting killer boomerang
Individually hand-crafted from the root of the Black Wattle tree, this authentic traditional hunting boomerang is a collector’s item.
Black wattle timber is very hard to find and this wonderful traditionally made hunting boomerang has been handmade by a master craftsman.
This blue handled hunting boomerang is made by an Aboriginal Elder, Joe Skeen Snr, whose late father, William Skeen, taught him this tradition as a young boy.
This is a traditional hunting boomerang meant to travel in the direction thrown and not return to the thrower.
Non-returning boomerangs are larger and heavier than the returning boomerangs and have a hook shape.
